Service Agreement Terms & Conditions
- Included in price above you get 2 tons free– after that it’s $49.00 per ton.
- Materials allowed include: shingles, wood, appliances, household furniture, general construction materials, clothing, food waste, dried out paint cans, tires, and metal.
- Absolutely NO asbestos, lead, hazardous liquids, or batteries allowed.
- All containers must be dumped once per stated term.
- An additional charge of $100.00 will be charged for relocation of dumpsters already on site.
- A $100.00 call out fee will be charged for a dumpster not being able to be hauled if the driver is called out to a job site and is unable to pick up a dumpster because it is overloaded or inaccessible.
- There is a 4 ton weight limit on all dumpsters for safe hauling. Overage will be charged at a rate of $100/ton.
- Tires are an additional charge of $7/tire.
- No Dirt, bricks, and/or concrete can be hauled.
- Past due accounts may be assessed a 1.5% fee per invoice per month if unpaid after 30 days. Customer is responsible for all court costs and associated attorney fees in the event that extreme collection measures need to be taken.
***ALL GATES MUST BE SHUT AND LATCHED AT PICK UP. DEBRIS MUST NOT BE ABOVE THE TOP RIM OF THE DUMPSTER. DUMPSTER MUST BE ACCESSIBLE AT THE TIME OF PICK UP. THE DUMPSTER GUY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO ANY PROPERTY, CULVERTS, YARDS, AND/OR DRIVEWAYS.***
